I'm a native Floridian and have called Sarasota my home Since 1995. I have an intimate knowledge of area neighborhoods, parks and schools. I love the outdoors, especially when it involves watersports. It's most enjoyed with my family at our incredible beaches, hidden coves and on our bountiful waters.

I further my education by taking classes in order to become a better informed agent. Most recently, I have attained the Luxury Home Marketing Certification (CLHMS) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and have also received my GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. While I continue to further my education, the best experience has been working with the many families and individuals over the last 13 years.
Being an avid boater, I can make sure you are buying the right waterfront property for the type of boating you enjoy. Each waterway and canal system is unique and some are tidal or have bridge clearances to negotiate. Without this knowledge, you could find yourself stuck waiting for the tide to come in or end up purchasing property that won't accomodate your boat at all!
