All things Sarasota - The Jasmer Group: Downtown Sarasota Condos

Downtown Sarasota Condos

Downtown Sarasota Condos range in price from the low 100's to over 5 Million.  Sarasota is considered the "Cultural Coast" of Florida attracting visitors from across the globe.  Nestled along the beautiful West Coast of Florida between Tampa and Naples, Sarasota offers its residents and visitors a relaxed yet refined lifestyle.  Whether you want to spend the day basking in the sun on world famous Siesta Key Beach, experience some of the best fishing in the state, enjoy a game of Polo in Lakewood Ranch or simply stroll the many shops and cafes along Main Street, you will be sure to find something to do.  It seems that just about every weekend there is a special event being held.  The options include art fairs, wine and food tastings, fishing tournaments, black tie events, 5k beach runs...well, you get it.

Downtown Sarasota has been called by some a "mini Chicago".  It experienced quite a bit of growth during the boom of 2005 and luckily a few condominium projects never got off the ground.   Builder inventory of Downtown Sarasota condos cleared itself off the books by 2007 which has helped to diminish downward pressure on property values.  Property values have dropped significantly over the past 5 years, in some cases upwards of 60%, making this a great time to find a deal.  Couple the price reductions with incredibly low interest rates and there may never be a better opportunity than now to buy in Downtown Sarasota.

There are so many great things I can share with you about Downtown Sarasota and the opportunity to live in one of the many condominiums which make up this great city.  I would say that having the choice to eat any style of food you could imagine (many al fresco), walking a few steps to stop in at a cafe for a delectable desert or espresso, and then walking it all off around beautiful Marina Jack along Sarasota's' Bay front, is an easy reminder that we live in paradise!   Sound boring?  There are plenty of great bars with live music and dancing too!

I welcome you to visit our website to find out more about the beautiful place I like to call home!

Sounds inviting--a friend of mine used to live there and said the income levels are higher and she was paid very well when she worked for the city.
